4. Ordering and Payment

When placing an order:

  • All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT
  • Payment is required at the time of order
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your designs. However, you grant us the right to:

  • Use your designs to fulfill your order
  • Store your designs for future orders
  • Modify designs as needed for production

6. Warranty and Returns

We warrant that our products will be:

  • Free from manufacturing defects
  • Made to the specifications provided
  • Of merchantable quality

Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products ordered. We are not liable for any consequential losses or damages.
